Your time is important and valuable, as is ours.

Please provide 48-72 hours' notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. Please review your contract for the policy on canceled appointments.

Any appointments missed or canceled with less than 48 hours' notice will require payment equal to 50% of the scheduled service price.

If you are more than ten minutes late for your appointment, it will be limited to avoid impacting other scheduled guests.
