This policy applies to purchases and bookings made with Taylor Boone / The Brand Alchemist™ (“we,” “us,” “our”) through taylorboone.com, checkout links, and booking links (“Services”).

1) Sales Terms (Pricing, Taxes, Delivery, Access, Inclusions, Timelines)

Pricing
All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. Prices may change at any time, but changes won’t affect orders already placed.

Taxes
You are responsible for any applicable taxes. If sales tax/VAT is required, it will be calculated and added at checkout where applicable.

Payments
Payments are processed securely through Stripe and/or Square. We do not store full payment card numbers.

Delivery + Access (Digital Products + Course)
For digital products (including the Brand Alchemist Course), access is delivered digitally via the method stated at checkout (e.g., account access, email link, portal, or download).

- If you do not receive access within a reasonable time after purchase, contact 1taylorboone@gmail.com with your receipt details.
- You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address used at checkout.

What’s Included
Your purchase includes only what is explicitly listed on the sales page/checkout page at the time of purchase. Anything not listed is not included.

Service Timelines (Audits / Calls / Consulting)
Timelines vary by scope and availability. Any estimated delivery dates or timeframes will be stated:
- on the sales page,
- on your invoice/checkout page, and/or
- in your confirmation email.

2) Refund / Return Policy

Digital Products + Course
Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be “returned,” all digital sales are final unless stated below.

Brand Alchemist Course Refund Policy:
Refunds are available only within 14 days of purchase if the workbook has not been downloaded.
If the workbook has been downloaded, the course is considered delivered, and no refund will be issued.

To request a refund (if eligible), email 1taylorboone@gmail.com with:
- The email used at checkout
- Purchase date
- Order/receipt number

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. We may deny requests that appear to involve abuse or policy circumvention.

Services (Calls, Audits, Advisory)
Unless explicitly stated in writing, service fees are non-refundable once work has begun (including preparation, review, research, or deliverable creation).

If a service includes a deposit or retainer, that deposit/retainer is non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

3) Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy (Calls, Audits, Sessions)

Rescheduling
You may reschedule your call/session with at least 24 hours’ notice using your Calendly link (or by emailing 1taylorboone@gmail.com if needed).

Cancellations
Cancellations with at least 24 hours’ notice may be eligible for rescheduling (not a refund) unless otherwise stated in your specific service agreement.

No-shows / Late Arrivals
- If you miss your appointment without notice, it is considered a no-show and may be forfeited.
- If you are late, the session will still end at the scheduled time, and time lost may not be made up.

Force Majeure

If we must reschedule due to illness, emergencies, or events outside our control, you will be offered the next available time.

4) Intellectual Property / Licensing Policy (No Redistribution)

All materials we provide—including frameworks, PDFs, worksheets, templates, videos, course content, audit documents, slide decks, and written guidance- are protected by intellectual property laws.

Your license
When you purchase, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the materials for:
- personal use, or
- internal business use within your own company

You may NOT:
- Share, forward, upload, sell, sublicense, or redistribute any materials (in full or in part)
- Post materials publicly (including in shared drives, Facebook groups, Slack communities, or training portals not owned by you)
- Create derivative products using our materials for resale
- Teach, train, or coach others using our proprietary materials as your own

Enforcement
Unauthorized sharing or resale may result in immediate termination of access (without refund) and may be pursued legally.
