7) Refunds (Course + Digital Products)
Brand Alchemist Course Refund Policy:
We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase only if the workbook has not been downloaded.

Once the workbook is downloaded, the course is considered delivered, and all sales are final.

To request a refund (if eligible), email 1taylorboone@gmail.com with:
- The email used at checkout
- Purchase date
- Order/receipt number (if available)

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

We may deny refund requests that appear to involve abuse, excessive requests, or policy circumvention.

8) Scheduling + Cancellations (Calendly)
If you book a call or session, appointment logistics are handled through Calendly. Any rescheduling/cancellation rules will be stated on the booking page and/or confirmation email and are incorporated into these Terms.

If you miss an appointment without notice, it may be treated as a no-show and may be forfeited (unless otherwise stated in your booking terms).

9) User Content
If you submit information (forms, emails, uploads, comments), you confirm you have the right to share it. You grant us permission to use what you submit solely to provide services, support, and improve our offerings. We will handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
