What are people receiving?
Before the strategy, Taylor reads the feeling, language, and unspoken message already entering the market.
About Taylor Boone
That became the way she sees brands. Not as logos or campaigns, but as human signals people feel before they can explain them.

The beginning
Childhood hearing loss and dyslexia made the traditional ways of listening and learning harder. They also sharpened something else.
Taylor learned to notice body language, emotional shifts, patterns, and what people were trying to say before they found the words. She learned to listen beyond sound and read beyond text.
What once made her feel different became the ability that now defines her work. Taylor sees the disconnect between what a business knows about itself and what the rest of the world is actually receiving.
That is where brand confusion begins. It is also where Taylor goes to work.
“Our greatest obstacles often become our sharpest tools.”
From image to meaning
At thirteen, a camera became Taylor’s first language. For the next 25 years, she worked as a commercial photographer and director, shaping the images brands wanted the world to remember.
But the same problem kept appearing. Businesses were investing in expensive photography, campaigns, and content before the brand beneath them was clear. Beautiful execution was being asked to carry a confused foundation.
The work moved beneath the image. Into the message. The story. Buyer psychology. The customer journey. The human truth making one brand matter and another disappear.
Strong work does not need more decoration. It needs a signal strong enough to carry its weight.
How Taylor sees
Taylor does not enter the room to make the brand louder. She enters to find what the business is too close to see.
Before the strategy, Taylor reads the feeling, language, and unspoken message already entering the market.
She finds where strong work has been reduced to familiar language, weak positioning, or an outdated story.
She exposes where the message and customer journey create friction between interest and decision.
The work behind the point of view
Being noticed is not the same as being understood. Being understood is not the same as being trusted. The brand must carry all three.
Beyond the work
Taylor believes the strongest work begins by honoring the nudge that refuses to leave you alone.
Faith anchors the way she sees purpose, business, and responsibility. A calling is not something to admire from a distance. It is something to answer.
Give fitness a purpose
Giving back is not an afterthought. It is part of the work.
