People buy people. Choosing a business to purchase from, consumers have consistently demonstrated that they prefer to do business with others that they know, like and trust. Where a company can sometimes seem "faceless" or anonymous they will seek the one that is not. Let me ask you the honest truth... can your ideal customer or client see you? Take a look at your social media and the about page. Can they see you?
People are more memorable than companies.
